What tube sizes does it bend?
It bends steel and chromoly tubing from 0.75 inch to 1.75 inch, and it ships with dies for 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 1.625 and 1.75 inch.
Will it flatten the tubing?
No. The steel dies and cast followers support the tube through the bend to keep it round without flattening or deforming.
How sharp a bend can it make?
Mild steel bends up to 90 degrees in 0.75 and 1.0 inch tube, and up to 60 degrees across the full size range. Chromoly bends up to 90 degrees in 0.75, 1.0 and 1.5 inch tube.
Can I make a bend greater than 90 degrees?
For a bend past 90 degrees or a 90 degree bend in heavier wall tube, bend two pieces at smaller angles and weld them together.
