Welcome to Workshop Stop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover how you use our website and anything you buy from us. Accessing the site, reading its content or placing an order means you have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you agree to be bound by both. If they do not work for you, please do not use the website. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site, including visitors, vendors, customers, merchants and people who contribute content.

Eligibility and Your Account

You need to be at least 18 to open an account or place an order. If you register with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details private, for everything that happens under your account and for telling us right away if you suspect it has been used without your permission. We keep the right to turn down service, close accounts or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

From time to time the site may carry typographical errors or gaps tied to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability, and we keep the right to fix these and to change or cancel orders at any time without advance notice.

  • All prices appear in United States Dollars (USD) and can change without prior notice.
  • We keep the right to fix pricing errors, even after an order has gone through.
  • If we spot a price mismatch, we reach out before processing so you can go ahead at the correct price or cancel.

Orders and Cancellations

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We keep the right to accept or turn down any order at our discretion, for reasons that include but are not limited to:

  • Not enough product availability
  • Mistakes in product information or pricing
  • Signs of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Orders that look like they come from dealers, resellers or wholesale buyers

Payment

Payment in full is due when you place your order, and every transaction is handled in United States Dollars (USD). We do not add sales tax, VAT or any other government-imposed fee. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are allowed to use the chosen method and that the details you give are accurate, and you authorize us to charge the full order amount to that method.

Content, Tools and Submissions

Everything on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions and software, belongs to Workshop Stop or its content suppliers and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, change, publicly display or otherwise use any part of it without first getting our written permission.

We may sometimes give you access to third-party tools that we do not oversee or control. These come "as is" and "as available", with no conditions, representations or endorsements from us, and we take on no liability for their use. Using any third-party tool offered through the site is entirely at your own risk.

If you send us materials or share ideas, feedback, proposals, plans or other content through any channel (together called "comments"), you grant us an open-ended, perpetual right to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and use those comments in any medium. We are under no obligation to hold comments in confidence, pay for them or reply to them. You confirm that your comments infringe no third-party rights and hold no defamatory, unlawful, abusive or obscene material and no viruses or malicious code.

Liability and Indemnity

So far as applicable law allows, Workshop Stop along with its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages that arise from:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, our website
  • Any products bought through our website
  • Unauthorized access to or change of your data
  • Any third-party conduct or content on our website

Our total liability for any claim will not go beyond the amount you paid for the specific product or products behind the claim. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Workshop Stop, together with its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, brought by any third party because of your breach of these Terms, your use of the website or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and read in line with the laws of the State of New York, setting aside its conflict of law rules, and any legal dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York. Before starting any legal action, you agree to try to settle the matter informally by reaching us at support@workshopstop.com, and we will make a good-faith effort to resolve it within 30 days. General Terms

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part is treated as separable and does not affect the rest. These Terms stay in force until either party ends them. You can end them at any time by telling us you no longer want to use our services or by simply stopping your use of the site, and we may end or suspend your access at any time, with no prior notice, if you breach any term here. On termination, every provision that by its nature should carry on stays in effect, including those covering ownership, disclaimers, indemnification and limits on liability. These Terms, along with any policies posted on the site, make up the entire agreement between you and Workshop Stop and replace any earlier agreements. We may revise them at any time without prior notice; changes take effect the moment they are posted, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated Terms.
