Refund policy
Returns at a Glance
- Return Time: 30 days, counted from the delivery date, to start a return.
- How To Return: By mail only, no in-store or drop-off.
- Condition: Unused, in its original box with seals intact.
- Return label: Free if it is our fault, yours if you changed your mind.
- Restocking fee: None, ever.
- Money back: Within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected.
What Qualifies and How Long You Have
- Start a return any time within 30 days, counted from the delivery date.
- Once those 30 days are up we cannot take the item back.
- The item needs to be unused and in the shape it arrived, with all parts, manuals and accessories.
- Keep it in the original packaging with factory seals, wraps and serial stickers untouched, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@workshopstop.com with your order number and why you are sending it back.
- We reply within 1 to 2 business days with the steps and where to ship it.
- Box it up safely in the packaging it came in.
- Send it to the address we give you, not to the manufacturer.
- Once it lands and we check it, we email you a yes or no.
Return Shipping and Your Refund
- Defective, damaged or wrong item: we cover return shipping with a prepaid label or a pickup, and you get the item price back in full.
- Change of mind or wrong choice: return shipping is on you and the refund is the item price on its own. Use a tracked service so it does not go missing.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected.
- There is no restocking fee and nothing else held back. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
Swaps and Exchanges
- Email support@workshopstop.com and we will sort it.
- Fastest route: return the original and order the replacement fresh.
- What we can swap comes down to what is in stock at the time.
Damaged, Faulty or Non-Returnable
If your order turns up damaged or faulty, email support@workshopstop.com or use Contact Us right away with your order number, a quick note on the problem and photos that show it clearly. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost, return shipping included. A few items cannot be returned at all, for safety or because a factory seal has been opened, and those are flagged as final sale on the product page before you buy.

- Check your bank or card statement again, as refunds can take a few days to appear.
- Ask your bank or card issuer, since their timing varies.
