Below you will find answers to the things shoppers ask us most often. If what you are after is not on this list, please feel free to reach out to us and we will be glad to help.

How do I place an order?

Ordering with us is quick. Browse the catalog, pick out the items you want, select the right size or option where one applies and hit "Add to Cart." Once you are done, open your cart and head to checkout. Enter your shipping address and payment details and submit. As soon as the payment clears, a confirmation email with your order details will land in your inbox.

How long will my order take to arrive?

From start to finish you should expect a window of 7 to 10 business days. That figure is made up of two parts:

  • Processing: 1 to 2 business days. This is the time we spend checking, packing and handing your order to the carrier.
  • Transit: 6 to 8 business days. This is how long the carrier needs to bring the package to your door after pickup.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No. Shipping is free on every order sent within the United States, and there is no minimum order value to qualify. For more on how we handle delivery and timing, have a look at our Shipping Policy.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. To do that, email our team at support@workshopstop.com as soon as possible. Once those 24 hours have passed, the order moves into fulfillment and can no longer be stopped.

How do I track my package?

After your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Pop that number into the carrier's tracking page or use our Track Your Order page to follow its progress. Keep in mind that tracking details can take up to 24 hours after the shipping notice to start updating.

What does your return policy cover?

We accept returns within 30 days, counted from the delivery date. Items sent back need to be in their original, unused state with every accessory, manual and piece of packaging included, and any factory seals or serial stickers left untouched. What if I am not happy with what I received?

If your order does not live up to what you expected, you are welcome to send it back within 30 days, counted from the delivery date. Just contact us and we will walk you through the steps. Everything is laid out in our Refund & Return Policy.

How do I send a product back?

To get a return going, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@workshopstop.com with your order number and a quick note on why you want to return the item.
  2. One of our team members will reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and the address to ship the item back to.
  3. Pack the item up carefully in its original packaging and send it to the address we give you.

Return shipping is free when the item is defective, damaged or wrong; you cover it for change-of-mind returns. Once your return reaches us and clears inspection, we will let you know whether it has been approved. The full procedure is in our Refund & Return Policy.

When will I get my refund?

Your refund is handled within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected. The money goes back to the same payment method you used at checkout. Note that your bank may need a little extra time before the credit shows up on your statement.

Which carriers handle your shipments?

Every order goes out with one of our established carrier partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx. Which one carries your package comes down to your delivery location, the size and weight of the order and current carrier capacity. Each shipment travels with end-to-end tracking. Do you ship internationally?

For now we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available yet, though we are looking into ways to widen our reach. Check back now and then for updates, or reach out to us if you would like a heads up when international shipping opens.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We run entirely online, which is what lets us keep our pricing reasonable and our selection broad. You can browse and buy from our whole range right here on the website.

Do you handle bulk or wholesale orders?
