Shipping at a Glance

Location of Shipping: United States only.
Shipping Costs: Free on every order, no minimum.
Cut-off: Order before 5:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday to Friday).
Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
In Transit: 6 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
Estimated Delivery Time: roughly 7 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
Courier: USPS, UPS, FedEx.
International Shipping: We don't offer international shipping.

From Our Door to Yours

We ship to any address in the United States and send everything out from inside the country. International shipping is not available yet.
Order before 5:00 PM EST on a business day and processing starts the same day. Order after that, on a weekend or a holiday, and it starts the next business day.
Packing your order and handing it to the carrier takes 1 to 2 business days.
Carrier transit then runs about 6 to 8 business days, so from checkout to your doorstep plan on roughly 7 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Carrier and Tracking

Orders go out with USPS, UPS or FedEx, whichever suits the destination and package.
Every carrier gives full tracking, and the carrier is locked in once packing starts.
Your tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships and can take up to 24 hours to go live.
Follow it on the carrier site or our Track Your Order page. No movement after 48 hours? Email us and we will check.

When a Delivery Runs Behind

We push to hit every estimate, but a few things sit outside our control:

Rough weather or natural emergencies
Carrier backlogs or volume spikes
Busy holiday and sale periods
An address that is wrong or missing details
