WEN JT833H 10-Amp 8-Inch Spiral Benchtop Jointer with Extendable Table

The WEN JT833H is an 8-inch spiral benchtop jointer that flattens faces and squares edges on boards before assembly or finishing. Its spiral cutterhead holds 16 staggered high-speed steel blades that cut the wood in small increments for a fine finish on hard and soft species. A 10-amp motor turns the cutterhead at up to 12,000 rotations per minute.

The table measures 33 by 8 inches, and support arms extend the work surface up to 51 inches to steady longer stock. The infeed table removes 0 to 1/8 inch of material per pass, and an onboard depth-of-cut scale keeps each setting repeatable.

The 19-3/4 by 4-1/4-inch fence bevels up to 45 degrees for angled cuts along a board face. A spring-loaded blade guard covers the cutterhead until a workpiece passes through, and two push blocks are included for safer feeding. A 2-1/2-inch and a 4-inch dust port connect to shop collection to clear chips.
