The Eastwood English Wheel with Floor Stand is a metal-forming tool for shaping smooth compound curves in sheet metal. It uses the same wheel and anvil components found in Eastwood's other full-size English wheels, paired with a welded floor stand that includes a rack to store the anvils close at hand.

The fully welded frame adds rigidity so the wheel tracks consistently pass after pass. A bearing-supported 8 inch by 2 inch upper wheel rolls smoothly against the lower anvil, and the 27.95 inch throat depth leaves room to work large panels. The kit includes six radiused anvils in 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 12 inch profiles plus one flat anvil, so you can match the curve you need.

The wheel forms up to 18 gauge steel and 16 gauge aluminum, which covers most automotive and general fabrication panels. A blue powder-coated finish protects the frame, and the wheel and anvil sit perpendicular to the frame for conventional side access. Forming your own panels lets you restore original body sections instead of sourcing costly replacements.

Fully welded frame

A welded frame and stand hold their shape under load, so the wheel tracks the same path on every pass for consistent curves.

Deep 27.95 inch throat

The generous throat depth reaches well into large panels, giving you room to shape doors, fenders and other sizable pieces.

Seven anvils for any curve

Six radiused anvils in 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 12 inch profiles plus one flat anvil let you dial in tight or gentle curves.

Bearing-supported upper wheel

The 8 inch by 2 inch upper wheel rides on bearings for smooth rolling and even pressure across the metal.

Handles steel and aluminum

The wheel forms up to 18 gauge steel and 16 gauge aluminum, covering most automotive and general fabrication work.

Integrated stand and storage

The welded floor stand puts the wheel at a working height and keeps the anvils on a rack within reach.
