The Eastwood Pro Former Tubing Bender lets you bend steel and chrome-molybdenum tubing in diameters from 0.75 inch to 1.75 inch. It is a good fit for small shops building custom tube cross members, transmission mounts and other tube components.

A ridged steel frame and an 8 ton forming jack give a sturdy base that stays put on the bench during use. Steel forming dies and cast followers produce accurate bends without flattening or deforming the tube. The kit arrives with dies for 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 1.625 and 1.75 inch tubing along with a complete instruction manual.

The bender handles mild steel and chromoly across a range of wall thicknesses. If you need a bend greater than 90 degrees or a 90 degree bend in heavier wall tubing, you can bend two pieces at smaller angles and weld them together.

Bends up to 1.75 inch tubing

The bender works steel and chromoly tubing from 0.75 inch up to 1.75 inch in diameter for a wide range of tube projects.

Clean bends, no flattening

Steel forming dies and cast followers support the tube through the bend, so it keeps its round shape without flattening or deforming.

8 ton forming jack

An 8 ton jack supplies the force to move tube through the dies with steady, controlled pressure.

Ridged steel frame

The heavy steel frame gives a stable base that stays put on the bench instead of walking during a bend.

Five dies included

Dies for 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 1.625 and 1.75 inch tubing come in the kit, so you can start bending common tube sizes right away.
